Leonard Joseph Ott, age 65, was born on February 12, 1958, and passed on February 27, 2023. He is survived by his two daughters, Dorothy Fernandez and Kyla Ott.  “Lenny”, as he was known to those close to him, is best known for his friendly demeanor and laid-back, easy-going outlook on life.  Born in Bronx, New York, he later moved to Miami where he worked for the Miami Herald Newspaper, retiring after 32 years.   He moved to Ripon in April of 2018, but his heart remained in warm, South Florida. The family has elected to keep services private.
