Aaron Darrel Mohr, age 85, of Ripon, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon.
Aaron was born on August 29, 1922, in rural Columbia County. He was a lifetime resident of Fairwater where he farmed for Erwin and Mike Beilke. In his later years, he moved to Ripon and lived with his son John. During his semi retirement, he worked for the David Daye family who showed him much kindness. Aaron enjoyed gardening and sharing his produce with neighbors and friends.
He is survived by his sons, Charles, David, Mark, Robert and John; daughters, Carol and Mary; 12 grandchildren; brother, Russell and sister, Marion Patterson. Aaron is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Curtis Mohr.
Visitation for Aaron Mohr will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2008 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. At the family's request, there will be no funeral service. Memorials may be given to Ripon Medical Center.
