Newborn Adam Ryan Johnston, of N5644 Hickory Hill Lane, Green Lake, died May 29, 1994, at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Adam was born on May 28, 1994, at St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac, the son of Nathan and Mary (Hageman) Johnston. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Matthew at home; maternal grandparents, Leslie and June Hageman of Ripon; paternal grandparents, James and Angie Johnston of Brandon; paternal great-grandmother, Clara Johnston of Waupun; aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Private graveside service will be held on Wednesday at the Rosendale Cemetery, Village of Rosendale. Pastor Bruce Buslaff of Rosendale will officiate.
