Adeline "Toots" Burdick

Adeline “Toots” Burdick, age 88, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at Juliette Manor in Berlin with her family at her side.
Adeline was born on December 4, 1920, in Ripon, the daughter of Elmer and Lydia (Klingbiel) Stellmacher. She graduated from Ripon High School, and on June 11, 1941 she married Shadrack George “Ted” Burdick. Adeline was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon and played cards with several card clubs.
Survivors include two sons, William (Barbara) Burdick, and James Burdick, both of Ripon; four grandchildren, Beth Burdick of Chicago, Brent (Lisa) Burdick of Ripon, Brenda (Shamus) Busha of Mosinee, and Brad (Becky) Burdick of Plymouth; six great-grandchildren, Grace, Cole, Kade, Abigail, Madelyn, and Emerson; one sister, Elaine Moderow of Ripon; one sister-in-law, Gen Stellmacher of Ripon; nieces; nephews, and other friends. She was preceded in death by her husband “Ted”, her parents, brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Adeline Burdick will be from 10-11:00 a.m. held on Monday, December 15, 2008, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Adeline Burdick will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 15, 2008, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with the Reverend Paul W. Nulton officiating. Interment will follow in Green Lake Center Cemetery, Town of Green Lake. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
