Agnes R. Holz, age 74, of Princeton, passed away, Sunday, August 25, 1991, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born August 31, 1916, in LaGrange, IL a daughter to Arthur and Barbara (Seiler) Robb. She was educated in LaGrange and Chicago. She married Edward Holz on May 17, 1952, in Brookfield, IL.
She was employed as a civil engineer for the U.S. Corps of Engineers, Chicago District for over 30 years. In 1973, she and her husband retired and moved to Princeton. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon. On June 14, 1989, she became a widow.
She is survived by two sisters, Irene Stadelhofer of Albany, CA and Loretta Roach of Winfield, IL; and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her faithful friend and pet, Suzie. Preceding her in death were her husband, a brother and her parents.
Friends may call Wednesday, August 28, 1991, from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon.
Funeral Services for Agnes R. Holz will be held Wednesday, August 28, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Ripon with the Reverend John A. Schmitz officiating. Cremation will take place.
