Agnes M. Waters, age 60, of Indio, CA, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 1986, at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital.
Agnes was born May 26, 1925, in Dalton, WI, the daughter of John and Marie (Stamborski) Dahlke. She married Vernon John Waters on January 16, 1943 until his passing on April 8, 1981. Agnes was a waitress for many restaurants. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
Survivors include two sons, John of Warrens, WI and Roy of Green Lake, WI; three daughters, Suzanne Thrasher of Green Lake, Karen (Jay) Davidson of Appleton and Yvonne (Joe) Stefanski of Dover, Delaware; two brothers, Joseph Dahlke and Andrew Dahlke both of Indio, CA and four sisters, Anna Moldenhauer of Markesan, Elizabeth Swederske and Martha Kwiatkowski both of Green Lake and Marie Perr of Ripon; 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one son and three brothers.
Visitation for Agnes will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 1986, from 4 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian Burial for Agnes will be held on Thursday, April 17, 1986, at 11:00 am at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Reverend Leo Joyce officiating. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
