Alice Halverson

Alice Anna Halverson, age 82, Ripon, WI, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 1991, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born September 27, 1908, in Ripon, a daughter to Frank and Julia (Eilert) Lueck. On June 24, 1940, she married Clifford Halverson. He preceded her in death on December 2, 1977.
Mrs. Halverson was a graduate of Ripon College and taught school at Antigo. She lived in the Town of Green lake most of her life and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon. She was past church organist and accompanist at both the Berlin Methodist Church and Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon. She had been co-owner of Culligan Soft Water Service, Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter, Julie Pedretti of Ripon; one son, Tom (Barbara) Halverson of Green Lake; three grandchildren, Bruce and Dean Pedretti of Philadelphia, PA and Leann Pedretti of Ripon, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford and brother, Nelson Lueck.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel United Methodist Church with the Reverend Robert LeCount officiating. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon. Memorials may be directed to the Music Fund of Immanuel United Methodist Church.
