Alice J. Nickoli, age 70, of Rosendale, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at Ripon Medical Center, Ripon.
Alice was born on February 14, 1938 in Brandon the daughter of Edward and Mary (Linetty) Nickoli. She graduated from Rosendale High School. She worked at Green Giant, than went to Tobin Tool & Die until it closed, and than she worked part time as a Rosendale crossing guard and bartended for many years. Alice loved shooting pool for the Ripon Pool League.
Survivors include one sister, Dorothy Braford of Fond du Lac; one brother, Donald (Barb) Nickoli of Ripon; one nephew, Mike Nickoli of Ripon; two nieces, Michelle (Bryan) Nummerdor of Ripon, and Mary Lueck of Fond du Lac; one great-nephew, Travis Nummerdor (pool shooting buddy) of Ripon; and many other great-nieces and nephews of Fond du Lac. Alice was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Robert Nickoli; two nieces; Bonnie (Braford) Schmitz, and Barb (Braford) Rogler; and her dear friend Corrine Osheim.
Visitation for Alice J. Nickoli will be held on Saturday, from 9:30 to 11:00 am, October 25, 2008, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service for Alice J. Nickoli will be held on Saturday, at 11:00 am, October 25, 2008, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with the Reverend Donald Deike officiating. Interment will follow in the Rosendale Cemetery, Village of Rosendale.
