Alice Stobb

Alice Edith Stobb, 93, died January 31, 1995, at Parkview Care Center, Ripon where she has resided since June 1987.

Alice was born April 8, 1901, near Brandon, a daughter to the late Charles and Mary (Berg) Stobb. She was educated at the rural Sunny Knoll School. Alice and her brother, Herbert farmed in rural Brandon, Town of Metomen until retirement when she moved to Ripon. She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Brandon.

Surviving are 1 sister, Alma Radke of Ripon; 1 sister-in-law, Lillian Spychalla of Ripon; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 5 brothers, Louis, Walter, Herbert, Carl and Leo Stobb.

Funeral services for Alice Stobb will be held Friday at 11 A.M. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. The Rev. Jeffrey Tomberlin will officiate, and interment will be in the Brandon Cemetery, Brandon. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 until 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
