Mrs. Amalia Molly Ruppel, nee Leonhardt, age 92, a 3-1/2 year resident at the Markesan Resident Home, formerly of Green Lake, was Born to Eternal Life Tuesday evening, October 24, 2000 in Markesan.
She was born September 15, 1908, in Russia, a daughter to Gottfried and Marie Katherine (Herman) Leonhardt. On July 28, 1928, she married David Ruppel in Sheboygan. Molly was a homemaker, and a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She was the cherished mother of Virginia (Robert) Sullivan, Green Lake and the late Roger D. Ruppel. Beloved grandmother of Cynthia (Charles) Wilson and Timothy R. (Mary Jo) Sullivan, and the late David A. Ruppel. Dearest great.grandmother of Margaret Jo and William Timothy Sullivan, and 5~8p.great.grandm0th& of Alex Wilson. Sister of Marie (Henry) Pfister, Ella Zimmerman and Adolph (Arlene) Leonhardt, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by David Ruppel (husband), Roger D. Ruppel (son), and David A. Ruppel (grandson).
Funeral service will be Friday, October 27, 2000, at 11:00 a.m. at Messiah Lutheran Church, Ripon with Pastor Brian Fritsch officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at the
church. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. on Friday in Highland Memorial
Park, New Berlin, WI.
