Andrew J. Dorsch, age 75, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 1956, at his home.
Andrew was born November 27, 1881, in Pozen, Poland, the son of John and Mary Dorsch. He married Mary Ross on May 8, 1906 in Ripon. Andrew was a meat cutter for Jussen Brothers and Frozen Foods and retired in 1950. He was a member of Holy Name Society of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter, Miss Helen Elizabeth Dorsch of Ripon; three sons, John Felix of Redmond, OR, Leo Frank of Bend, OR and Gordon Andrew of Ripon; ten grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Carey Schneckenberg of Berlin, Mrs. Mary McEvory and Mrs. Frances Blakley both of Milwaukee and Mrs. Stella Breivogel of Princeton and one brother, Michael of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary who passed away on July 1, 1953 and three sisters.
Friends may call on Monday, December 17, 1956, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Andrew will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 1956, at 9:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon with The Reverend John Cullen officiating. Interment will take place at St. Patrick Catholic Church in the Town of Ripon.
