Anita Fuerst

Anita Marie Fuerst, age 90, died peacefully and quietly in her sleep at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Fond du Lac, WI, early Sunday morning, December 18, 2005.
Anita was born September 12, 1915, in the Village of Germantown, WI, the daughter of the late Albert and Ida (Kohlwey) Greuel. She spent her early years in West Bend and graduated from West Bend High School in 1933. Anita lived and worked most of her adult life in Milwaukee where she met and married John (Hans) Fuerst. They both were active in the Milwaukee Zither Club. She was a business woman.
She is survived by three sons, Thomas Giombetti of Green Lake, WI, James Giombetti of Oshkosh, WI and Robert Giombetti of Madison, WI; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her memory will be cherished by all. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Roland Greuel; and a sister, Geraldine Greuel, all of West Bend.
A private memorial service will be held at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, WI, in the near future, the date and time will be announced.
The Giombetti Family would like to thank all of the staff at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home and the Fond du Lac Hospice for the warm and loving care Anita received while there.
