Ann Sophia (Wielgosh) Sieber, 79, of 202 N. 4th St., Princeton, died Wednesday, August 16, 1995 at Ripon Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Richard P. Sieber, Sr. of Princeton, 4 children, Patricia Spruiell of Bremerton, WA, Richard A. (Maureen) Sieber of Waupun, Judy Reed of Fields Landing, CA and Michael Sieber of Columbus; 1 sister, Louise Hysick of Princeton, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
She was born July 26, 1916, in Princeton, a daughter of the late Frank and Bertha (Bartol) Wielgosh. Ann was educated at St. Johns Catholic School, graduated from Princeton High School, and attended Fountain City Business College in Fond du Lac. On August 31, 1940, Ann married Richard P. Sieber at St. Johns Catholic Church in Princeton. They made their home in Chilton for 20 years before retiring and moving to Princeton in 1982. Mrs. Sieber was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church, Princeton, the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 1110452, and did volunteer work at Sunnyview Village Nursing Home in Princeton.
A Mass of Christian Burial for the late Ann Sieber will be at 10 A.M. Monday, August 21, 1995 at St. Johns Catholic Church, Princeton with Father Dale Grubba officiating. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Princeton. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4-7 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon where a Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.
A Memorial has been established for the American Cancer Society.
