Anna E. Altnau, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 1955, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Anna was born May 16, 1883, in Bronden, Germany. She lived in Ripon since 1923. Anna married Herman Altnau on August 30, 1908. She worked as a housewife.
Survivors include one son, Eric Altnau of Milwaukee and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one son and one daughter.
Friends may call on Sunday, February 27, 1955, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Anna will be held on Monday, February 28, 1955, at 11:00 am at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
