Anna Badtke, age 81, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 1955, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Anna was born July 17, 1873, in the Town of Springvale, WI, the daughter of Christian and Henrietta (Lother) Schrader. She was educated in the Brandon Public Schools. On December 6, 1899, Anna married Otto Badtke. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Otto; four daughters, Mrs. Gordon Murchie of Vancuver, WA, Mrs. Chester Leeman of Ripon, Mrs. Clair Brunner of Waupun, MS, Irma Badtke and mrs. Ralph Blake both of Ripon; one son, Harvey of Ripon; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, William, Herman, and John Schrader. She was preceded in death by two daughters, one son, three sisters and three brothers.
Friends may call on Thursday, January 20, 1955, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Anna will be held Saturday, January 22, 1955, at 1:30 pm at The First Evangelical Lutheran Church with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
