Anna Skotarzak, age 77, of Detroit, MI, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 1954, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Kime in Detroit, MI.
Anna was born June 10, 1877, in Insterberg, Germany, the daughter of Wilhelm and Maria (Von Spudeck) Nern. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ripon. On July 29, 1900, Anna married Frank Skotarzak in Germany.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Kime of Detroit, MI; eleven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sons, one brother and three sisters.
Friends may call on Tuesday, September 14, 1954, after 7:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Anna will be held on Thursday, September 16, 1954, at 3:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
