Arden Dutch Krueger, 71, of Ripon, died Wednesday, November 20, 1996, at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born March 29, 1925, in Ripon, the son of the late August and Bertha (Sawinski) Krueger. He married Mary Pappas on June 26, 1948. A lifelong resident of Ripon, Mr. Krueger had been self employed as a builder/carpenter for the past 48 years. He was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association, the Ripon Rifle Club and was once State Rifle Champion, and Our Saviours United Church of Christ, Ripon. He was a 1943, graduate of Ripon High School. Arden served in the U.S. Navy from 19431947.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; four sons, Kelly, Kirby (Val) and Kevin, all of Ripon, and Kurt of California; one daughter, Kea of Markesan; one sister, Clara Schleicher of Green Lake; motherinlaw, Georgia Pappas of Ripon; four sistersinlaw, Leona, Alvina and Elsie Krueger, and Helen (Tony) Russos; numerous nieces amd nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, Paul, Gordon, Helmuth and Roland Krueger; two sisters, Olga Schure and Martha Dudzinski; and his fatherinlaw, John Pappas.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 26, 1996, at 1
P.M. at the ButzinMarchant Funeral Home, Ripon with the Reverend James D. Mohr officiating. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon. Visitation will be Monday from 4 until 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
