Arden Henslin

Arden L. Henslin, age 65, of Markesan, WI, passed away Sunday, January 8, 1995, at Berlin Memorial Hospital in Berlin.
He was born February 5, 1929, in Markesan, a son of the late Arthur and Ida Malzhan Henslin. He graduated from Markesan High School and on June 14, 1952, he married Beverly Van Doren. Arden owned and operated a dairy farm for 25 years in the Markesan area. Recently, he was a real estate appraiser and an auction sales clerk. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, a State and National Member of the Holstein Association, 4-H Leader for River Valley Workers, and director of Fly Away Insurance of Waupun.
Survivors include his wife, Beverly; one sister, Inez (Gordon) Sabel of Ripon; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Arden L. Henslin will be held Wednesday at 11 am at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater. Reverend Rick Pettis will officiate. Interment will be in Mackford Union Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Mackford.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5 until 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon and again on Wednesday from 10 am until the hour of the service at the church.
