Ardin Arthur Page, age 80, of the Town of Brooklyn, died Thursday, January 9, 1997, at his home.
He was born January 20, 1916, on the family farm, a son to Frederick and Ella (Kahl) Page. After graduating from Green Lake High School, Ardin farmed all of his life in the Town of Brooklyn. On November 1, 1941, he married the former Meita Kuehn. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon where he taught the Young Married Couples Sunday School Class for 17 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister and 2 brothers.
In addition to his wife, Meita, he is survived by 2 daughters, Jean (Jim) Hinstorff of Ft. Atkinson and their children, Jennifer and Jaclyn, and Marilyn (Michael) Wuest of Ripon and their children, Jonathan and Melissa; 1 brother, Allen D. Page of Eau Claire; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 11, 1997, at 3 P.M. at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon with the Rev. David Busker officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. Friends may call from 5 until 7 P.M. Friday at the ButzinMarchant Funeral Home, Ripon, and again on Saturday from 2 P.M. until the time of the service at the church. A Memorial has been established.
