Arlene Swick

Arlene Mae Swick, age 27, of Ripon, WI passed away on Thursday, May 26, 1955 at home.

Arlene was born in Ripon on September 28, 1927, the daughter of William and Gertrude (Lawson) Swick. She was educated in Ripon and lived there all her life. She worked at the factory office of Advertisers Mfg. Co., and was a member of Rebekah Lodge in Ripon. Arlene was a member of the Choir of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon, and was well known in Ripon area as a soloist.

Arlene is survived by her mother, Gertrude Swick. She was preceded in death by her father, William Swick; and a brother.

Visitation for Arlene will be held from 6:00 pm on Friday, May 27, 1955 until 11:00 am on Monday, May 30, 1955 at the family residence, 551 Scott Street in Ripon, and again from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Monday, May 30, 1955 at Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.

Funeral service for Arlene will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 30, 1955 at Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon, with Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Prairie Cemetery, Pickett, WI.
