Arthur Daehn

Arthur William Daehn, 89, formerly of Russell Manor in Ripon, died Monday, December 11, 1995 at Parkview Care Center, Ripon where he had resided the past 2 years.
He was born September 21, 1906 in the Town of Rosendale, a son of the late Henry and Elda (Stindt) Daehn. After graduating from Rosendale High School, Arthur attended business college. For a period of time he worked at Speed Queen. He then worked in the machine shop at Green Giant Canning Company before retiring in 1968. Mr. Daehn was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ, Ripon and the Masonic Lodge #95. On October 21, 1933 Arthur married the former El1a Viola Pre1lwitz in Ripon. She passed away on June 4, 1991.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ella, 1 sister, Mary and 1 brother, Wilbur.
Funeral services for the late Arthur W. Daehn will be 11 A.M. Thursday, December 14, 1995 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Rev. Eric Burnard will officiate.Interment will be in the Rosendale Cemetery, Rosendale. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. A Memorial has been established in his name for Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ.
