Arthur F. Lehman, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, August 6, 1956, at Ripon Municipal Hospital.
Arthur was born February 10, 1884, in Green Lake, WI, the son of Herman and Fredericka (Boers) Lehman. He was educated at Arcade School and Oshkosh Business College. On December 19, 1907, Arthur married Frances Groszinski. He worked as a rural mail carrier for 35 years and retired in 1949.
Survivors include his wife, Frances; one son, Ruben of Plymouth, WI; two daughters, Mrs. Ford Hicks of Mount Prospect, IL and Mrs. Ebert Roeske of Pickett, WI and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends may call on Tuesday, August 7, 1956, after 3:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Arthur will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 1956, at 2:00 pm at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with The Reverend Carl L. Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
