Arthur R. Siewert, age 89, of Ripon, WI, passed away Thursday, October 22, 1992 at his residence.
He was born September 27, 1903, in Ripon, a son of Carl and Louise (Dahlke) Siewert. On December 16, 1930 he married Lola Penke. She preceded him in death in 1991. Mr. Siewert was educated in Ripon and was a farmer. After retirement he worked for the Amends at Pickett Cannery. He lived in Ripon and Neshkoro area all his life and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
Survivors include one daughter: Lulita (Robert) Zellmer of Sussex, WI, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Funeral Services for Arthur Siewert will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 26, 1992 at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon with The Reverend Howard Ott officiating. Interment will follow in Loper Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. Friends may call from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 1992 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. A memorial has been established for Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
