Audrey G. Lewellyn, 71, 670 Franklin Street, Oshkosh, died Tuesday afternoon, December 14, 2004, at her home.
She was born December 3, 1933, in the Town of Poygan, a daughter to Adrian Dave and Edna (Zager) Brewster. Audrey attended Omro Schools and was a graduate of Omro High School. She married Floyd Lewellyn on May 15, 1965 in Omro, and after their marriage, they resided in Pickett. Audrey was in sales before she became a housewife. She was a member of the Waukau United Methodist Church, was a Sunday School Teacher and secretary of the United Methodist Women. She also had been a Cub Scout Den Mother for 11 years.
Survivors include son, Dave (Tina) Lewellyn of Oshkosh, stepsons, Peter (Gwen)
Lewellyn of Berlin and Rick (Vev) Lewellyn of Alabama; stepdaughter, Shelly Lewellyn of Waupaca; 10 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 1 sister, Edith (Robert) Frees of Omro; 1 brother, Gary (Carol) Longworth of Berlin; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Chester Longworth; and husband, Floyd Lewellyn.
Memorial service will be on Saturday, December 18, 2004, at 11 a.m. at the Waukau United Methodist Church with Rev. Glenn Skatrud officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Town of Poygan. A memorial has been established.
