Audrey Mae Marvin, age 80, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2014, at her home with family by her side.
Audrey was born October 18, 1934, in Berlin, WI, the daughter of Edward and Catherine (Eagan) Gneiser. She graduated from high school and in1952; Audrey married Louie Paulson in Berlin and after his passing, married John Marvin. Audrey worked as a sewing machine operator at Fabriko in Green Lake for many years.
Survivors include two daughters, Peggy (Don) Abernethy of Glen Burnie, MD and Judith Paulson of Gays Mills, WI; granddaughter, Katie (James) Judy of Davis, WV; grandson, Jesse Abernethy of Glen Burnie, MD; great-granddaughter, Juniper Judy of Davis, WV; one sister, Elizabeth (Ed) Cash of Menomonee Falls, WI and numerous nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Paulson; second husband, John Marvin; close friend, Tucker Kroll; two sisters, LaRae Gneiser and Virginia Gneiser Fields and brother, Arthur Gneiser.
Visitation for Audrey will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014, from 10 – 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
Memorial service for Audrey will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Chaplain Jim Wehrheim will officiate. Interment will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Garden of the Cross Cemetery in Ripon. Memorials may be directed to Generations Home Care and Hospice, 1028 South Main St., Suite C, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.
