Audrey E. Selle, age 74, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Friday, July 20, 1984 at Ripon Memorial Hospital, Ripon, WI.
Audrey was born on June 19, 1910 in Poy Sippi, WI, the daughter of Ernest and Alice (Vincent) Vergin. She was educated in Poy Sippi, WI, and has resided in Green Lake since 1952. On June 19, 1935 she married Chester Selle. Audrey worked at the Poy Sippi Post Office and also at Selle's Service Store. She was a past member of Green Lake Business and Professional Women's Organization.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Harold) Inda of Green Lake, WI; a brother, Ronald Vergin of Poy Sippi, WI; four sisters, Norine Ziegenhagen and Madeline Lewellyn both of Oshkosh, WI, Ione Maldari and Maxine Leone both of Poy Sippi, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Selle, on June 23, 1977.
Visitation for Audrey will be held from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm on Sunday, July 22, 1984 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, WI.
A memorial service for Audrey will be held at 7:30 pm on Sunday, July 22, 1984 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Rev. Dwight R. Bastian officiating. Inurnment will take place at Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake, WI.
