Augusta Ryerson, age 79, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 1952, at her home.
Augusta was born August 6, 1873, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Joseph and Rose Jantz. She married William Ryerson on November 16, 1893.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Joseph Antoniewcz, Mrs. Carl Bjodstrap of both of Milwaukee, Miss Hazel Ryerson and Mrs. Leo Dorsch both of Ripon and Mrs. John Dahms of Rush Lake; four sons, William Jr. and Arthur of Milwaukee, Eugene and Donald both of Ripon; 18 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. James Thomas of Minneapolis, Mrs. Frank Bunk and Mrs. Charles Prellwitz both of Ripon and Mrs. P. Schardt of Milwaukee of Milwaukee and one brother, Jule Jantz of Rosendale. She was preceded in death by her husband, one son and one daughter.
Friends may call on Thursday, May 15, 1952, after 6:00 pm at Butzin Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with a Rosary at 8:00 pm.
Funeral Service for Augusta will be held on Saturday, May 17, 1952, at 9:30 am St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Ripon with The Reverend Joseph Platta officiating. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Ripon.
