Mrs. Augusta J. Sullivan, age 93, of Green Lake, WI, and Fort Lauderdale, FL, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 1990, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 8, 1896, in Charleston, WV, a daughter of Frank R. and Emma A. (Vollinger0 Jacoby. She was educated in Kenosha and Chicago and was a theatre orchestra pianist. She had resided in Green Lake since 1952.
Survivors include one son, Richard C. Sullivan of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and one daughter, Josephine E. Sullivan of Green Lake.
Friends may greet family Wednesday, May 23, 1990, from noon until the hour of services at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Lois Carlson officiating. Inurnment will be in Florence, MA at a later date.
