Beatrice Guell, age 91, of Ripon, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 1991, at Parkview Care Center, in Ripon where she had resided since August of 1978.
She was born May 13, 1900, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Charles and Della (Sievers) Hollander. She was educated in Theresa and Omro. On March 8, 1924, she married Orion Guell at the home of her parents in Fond du Lac. They farmed in Minnesota and in the West Rosendale area. They spent their retirement years in Bayfield and Montello. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1986.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Lydia Hollander of Fond du Lac; a brother-in-law, Bernard Weideman of Tucson, AZ; and, nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, one brother and two sisters.
Funeral Services for Beatrice Guell will be held Monday, November 18, 1991, at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon where she was a member. The Reverend Robert B. LeCount will officiate and interment will be in Wedges Prairie Cemetery, Fond du Lac County. Friends may call Monday, November 18, 1991 from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services at the church. A memorial in her name has been established for the church.
