Ben B. Harsh, 87, of American House in Ripon, passed away January 31, 2004 at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born January 21, 1917 in Lake Mills, Jefferson County, to Fay and Helen (Bednarek) Harsh. Ben attended school at the Rural School, Town of Mecan. He worked as a farmer and on an assembly line at Speed Queen for 25 years, until he retired in 1979. Ben was also a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Ripon.
Ben is survived and remembered by his cousins and was preceded in death by his parents.
Respecting his request, a private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Princeton. Friends may call on Wednesday at 1:00p.m., February 4, 2004 at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church where a memorial mass will be held, Father Robert A. Fictum officiating.
