Bernice Heiman

Mrs. Bernice Marie Heiman, age 86, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 1, 1990, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.

She was born April 11, 1903, in Berlin the daughter of Grant E. and Laura May (Hutsinger) Kinrade. On December 27, 1924, she married henry J. Schrader. He preceded her in death on May 16, 1965. She then married Edward R. Heiman on April 9, 1969. On December 8, 1972, he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Heiman was educated in Berlin and was a graduate of Wisconsin State College, Oshkosh. She was a retired Elementary School Teacher and had resided in Ripon most of her life. She was a member of the Dartford Education Club and Order of Eastern Star #191. She was a member of Our Saviours United Church of Christ in Ripon.

Survivors include two nephews, Alan Schrader of Palatine, IL and John Schrader of Johnson City, IN, and two step-sons, Gary E. Heiman of West Jefferson, OH and Robert P. Heiman of Baltimore, MD. One sister, Doris Seiger and one daughter, Joyce Louise Schrader preceded her in death.

Friends may call Sunday, March 3, 1990 from 2:00 until 4:30 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon where an Eastern Star Service will be held at 4:30 p.m.

Funeral services for Mrs. Heiman will be held Monday, March 5, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviours United Church of Christ in Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial has been established for the church or to Order of the Eastern Star.
