Bernice Weix

June 24, 1909 — October 27, 1984

Bernice DeEtt Weix, age of 76, of Markesan, WI, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 1984, at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center.

Bernice was born June 24, 1909, in Twin Lake Farm, in the Town of Green Lake, WI, the daughter of Joseph and Minnie (Nichols) Weix. She graduated from Ripon High School and Green Lake County Normal. Bernice worked as a public school teacher.

Survivors include one brother, Leonard Weix of Markesan, WI and one sister, Lola Buchholz of Phoenix.

Visitation for Bernice will be held on Tuesday, October 30, 1984, from 6 – 9:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.

Funeral Service for Bernice will be held on Wednesday, October 31, 1984, at 1:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend John Wagner officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
