Bertha Kosbab

Bertha Kosbab, age 99, died Friday, December 23, 2005, at Shore Haven Nursing Home in Oconomowoc, WI.

Bertha was born February 8, 1906, in Milwaukee, WI, to Wilhelm and Meta (Kosbab) Kuester. She graduated from Milwaukee High School and attended one year at Kilburn College. Bertha married William Kosbab in Buffalo, NY. in 1925. She was a clerk and a housewife.

Survivors include, brother, Walter Kuester of Waukesha, WI, nieces, Ruth E. (Nitz) Segal of Waukesha, Jean (Nitz) Rodgers of Kaukauna, WI, nephew, Earl Kuester of Iron River, MI. She is preceded in death by her husband Bill, brothers; Will and Ed, sisters; Elizabeth and Meta.

Funeral services for Bertha Kosbab will be held Monday, January 2, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. Family and Friends may call from 10:30 until the time of the service, with Rev. Neil S. Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established in her name.
