Beryl Wendt, age 87, of Mill Street, Green Lake died unexpectedly Sunday morning, June 2, 2002, at her home.
Beryl was the fifth generation to live in the Green Lake area. During her lifetime, she and her husband F. J. “Schwartz” Wendt owned many businesses in and around Green Lake, including Tuscumbia Country Club. She was a private person, who loved music, flowers, and everything in nature.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and inurnment will be private. There will be no visitation.
A Memorial will be established in her name.
Her daughter Janet (Terry) Blazer of Green Lake wishes to acknowledge the kindness of Beryl’s friends, neighbors, and fellow members of the Federated Church of Green Lake. You all meant a great deal to her throughout her long and special life.
