Bonnie L. Wissing, age 53, of Ripon, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010, at her home with her family by her side.
Bonnie was born on August 15, 1957, in Waukesha, WI, the daughter of Edgar and Marjorie (Lyon) Preston. She graduated from Black River Falls Senior High School in 1976 and in 1978; Bonnie married Donald Wissing in Hatfield, WI.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Donald of Ripon, WI; daughter, Leatha Wissing of Ripon, WI; son, Ben (Lindsey) Wissing of Ripon, WI; father, Edgar Preston of Hatfield, WI; two sisters, Carol (Emil) Juarez and Terry Preston both of Black River Falls, WI; brother, John (Carey) Preston of Rosendale, WI; and many nieces and nephews. Bonnie is preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Preston; sister, Diane Preston and mother-in-law, Geraldine Dvorak.
Visitation for Bonnie L. Wissing will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010, from 10 – 12:00 pm at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1325 Georgia St. Oshkosh, WI 54902.
Memorial Service for Bonnie L. Wissing will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2010, at 12:00 pm at Plymouth Congregational Church in Oshkosh, WI. Pastor Rick Hopkins and Jim Stadler will officiate. Inurnment will take place at Hatfield Cemetery on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at 1:00 pm. A memorial is being established in Bonnie’s name.
