Bonnie Jean (Ludjack) Zahn, age 70, of W13085 Berg Rd in the Town of Metomen, passed away Thursday morning, March 25, 2004, at her home.
She was born November 27, 1933, in Ripon, a daughter to August and Agnes (LaBounty) Kaatz. Bonnie graduated from Brandon High School and from the nursing school at Moraine Park Technical College, and for 26 years Bonnie had been a nurse at the Ripon Hospital. On December 20, 1982, she married Glenn Zahn.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn; 1 son, Bart (Jeanne) Ludjack of Waupun; 1 daughter, Nina (Garry) McCoy of Kissimmee, FL; 2 grandchildren, Garry Ray (Evelyn) McCoy of St. Cloud, FL and Christina McCoy of Kissimmee, FL; 2 great-grandchildren, Zachary and Vivian McCoy of St. Cloud, FL; 5 stepchildren, Dave, Nancy, Pattie, Sue and Steve; 10 step-grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Bernadine Wright and Sharon Bishop; 1 brother, Don Kaatz; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents; 1st husband Ray Ludjack; and 2 brothers, Ellwood and Delhart Kaatz.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2004, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Rev. Donald Deike officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established.
