Brian Meehan, age 21, of the Town of Ripon, died Thursday, August 1, 1996, at this home.
He was born September 30, 1974, in Ripon, a son to Timothy and Peggy Klingbeil Meehan. Brian attended Ripon schools, and was currently employed at Precision Metalsmiths, Inc. in Markesan. Brian loved the outdoors, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his mother Peggy Meehan and her fiance’ Wayne Warnke of Eureka and his father Tim Meehan of Portage; 2 brothers, Kurt of Ripon and Russell of Eureka; paternal grandparents William and Rosalind Meehan of Ripon; maternal grandparents Glen and Geraldine Klingbeil of Ripon; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Patrick Meehan and great-grandparents.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 until 4 P.M. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Funeral services will be Monday, August 5, 1996, at 10 A.M. at Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon. The Reverends David A. Busker and Jeffrey W. Steiner will officiate. Burial will be in Nepeuskun Cemetery, Winnebago Co.
