Bryan Daniel Peth

Bryan Daniel Peth, age 75, of Ripon, WI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 28, 2023 at his home with his family by his side.

Bryan was born on October 18, 1947 in Fond du Lac, WI, son of Delbert and Lamina (Huebschman) Peth. After graduating from high school in New Holstein, WI, he went on to complete the farming short course in Madison, WI and then attended Moraine Park Technical College. On August 23, 1969, he married AnnDee Hammen at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ in Ripon. In addition to farming all his life, Bryan also worked as a cheesemaker in Alto, and a mechanic at Michel Johns in Fond du Lac and Condon’s in Ripon. Bryan was very passionate about educating students about anything related to agriculture. He served as a 4H leader for over 25 years, where he taught a tractor safety course. Bryan was a longtime member of the FFA Alumni and the Ripon Jaycees. He also enjoyed playing dartball and sheepshead, but his favorite pastime was watching his grandkids participate in sports, school activities and the showring. 

Bryan is survived by his children, Kerrie Peth-Stenholt of Ripon, WI, Kelly (Shannon) Peth also of Ripon, WI, and Kristi (fiancé John Dabek) Peters of Genoa City, WI; grandchildren, Hunter and Nicolas Stenholt, Brett and Brice (fiancé Shayna Wiza) Peth, Kaci Peters; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Janet; a brother, Daniel; several nieces and nephews, and his dear four-legged friend Bo. He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Lamina Peth; his wife, AnnDee Peth; and sons-in-law, Larry Peters and Todd Stenholt.

Visitation for Bryan will take place from 4:00 until 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral service for Bryan will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Rev. Dr. Kevin P. Mundell officiating. Inurnment will take place at Loper Cemetery at a later date. Memorials in his name may be directed to the Daycholah Center (formerly Pilgrim Center), Spring Grove Rd., Ripon, WI 54971 or the Ripon FFA Alumni, P.O. Box 351, Ripon, WI 54971.
