Carol R. Gross, age 81, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Ripon Medical Center, with family by her side.
Carol was born November 10, 1932, in Fond du Lac, the daughter of Stephen and Rose (Wollerman) Crossman. She was a graduate of Rosendale High School. On February 14, 1972, she was united in marriage to James Gross at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale. Carol was a van driver for Ripon Area Service Center for many years. She was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Survivors include her children, Robert Lee (Kathy) Peschke, Rosendale, WI, Susan (James) Fuderer, Fond du Lac, WI; grandchildren, Chad (Angela), Tyler, Karl, Erik, Nikki; great-grandchildren, Noah and Mason. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; and one brother.
Visitation for Carol Gross will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2014, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 320 Mt. Zion Drive, Ripon, WI 54971.
Memorial Service for Carol Gross will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ripon. Pastor Dennis Meier will officiate. Inurnment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale. A memorial is being established.
