Charles Norbert Theama, age 89, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015, at Grancare Nursing Home in Fond du Lac.
Charles was born June 1, 1925, in Racine, WI, the son of Charles and Clara (Pfeiffer) Theama. In 1946, Charles married Audrey Mable Mahoney at St. Ritas Church in Racine. He worked as a Crane Operator. Charles enjoyed gardening, hunting, and dancing in his younger days.
Survivors include his daughters, Ellen (Jackie) Theama of Fond du Lac, Susan (Randy) Tesch of Ripon, Mary Kay (Terry) Schlaver of Neenah; grandchildren, Michael (April) Grapentine, Jeffrey (Angel) Grapentine, Tammy (Dan) Stevenson, Scott (Amy) Grapentine, Jeremy (Ashley) Tesch, Andrew (Lynnsay) Tesch, Jason (Carissa) Tesch, Tracy (Mark) Zastrow, Terri (Darrin) Petrowski, David Theama, Karla Theama, Heather Theama, Danielle Theama, Thomas Theama, Melissa Schlaver, Justin Schlaver; great-grandchildren, Emma and Gabriel Theama, Abigail and Diego Theama, Caylynn, Max, and Corben Tesch, Bailey and Mayson Tesch, and Alex Grapentine and other near relatives and friends. Charles is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Audrey, sons, Robert and Daniel Theama, daughter, Linda Theama, grandson, Chad Theama, and brothers, David Theama, Raymond Theama, Hubert Theama, Ronald Theama and Lawerence Theama.
Visitation for Charles Theama will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, from 4-7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Thursday, April 2, 2015 from 10:30-11:30 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon.
Prayer Service for Charles Theama will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 11:30 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Father Schmitz will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial is being established.
