Cheryl A. Toufar, 50, of Ripon, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Ripon Medical Center.

Cheryl was born on May 17, 1957 the daughter of Phillip and Carol (Werth) Adams. She was a graduate of Markesan High School, and had obtained an Associates Degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Cheryl worked as an inserter in the mailing department at Ripon Community Printers. On August 19, 1986 she married John Toufar, and they made their home in Milwaukee, moving to Ripon in 1995. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater.

Survivors include her husband, John Toufar, daughter; Dana Toufar, and son; Craig Toufar, all of Ripon. Also surviving are her parents; Phillip Adams of Ripon, and Carol Adams of Markesan, 2 brothers; Phillip (Sherry) Adams of Markesan, Doug (Judy) Adams of Alaska, 2 nephews; Andy Adams, and Phillip III, and several aunts and uncles. Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents. Cheryl was a loving wife, a loving mother, and a great friend to all. Cheryl had a unique ability to put a smile on anyone’s face. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation for Cheryl A. Toufar will be held on Friday, July 6, 2007 from 4:00-7:00PM at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, and again on Saturday, July 7, 2007 from 10:00-11:00AM at the Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, WI.

Funeral Services for Cheryl A. Toufar will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at 11:00AM at the Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, WI with Sister Pam Werth officiating. A Memorial has been established.
