Christopher David Kohls, 20, of the Village of Rosendale, died Saturday, June 24, 1995 as the result of a traffic accident.
He was born January 11, 1975 in Fond du Lac, the son of David and Diane (Retzlaff) Kohls. He was educated in Rosendale and worked the past two years for Ripon Foods in Ripon and recently for Walters Buildings in Kohlsville. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church of Rosendale. Chris loved all sports. He was part of the Babe Ruth Baseball League during high school and he also played on summer softball teams. Chris also enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and golfing.
Survivors include his parents: David and Diane Kohls of Rosendale, one sister, Marie of Fond du Lac, one niece: Danielle Kemnitz of Fond du Lac, Paternal Grandparents, George and Doris Kohis of Ripon; Maternal Grandparents, Wm and Violet Retzlaff of Rosendale; Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many friends.
Funeral services for Christopher David Kohis will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, June 27, 1995 at Peace Lutheran Church of Rosendale with the Reverend Paul Holte officiating. Interment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 am Tuesday until the time of services at the church. A memorial has been established.
