Clarence Hahn, age 91, of Maple Crest Apartments, 150 N Douglas St, Ripon, passed away Monday morning, February 9, 2004, at Ripon Medical Center.
He was born March 23, 1912, in the Town of Metomen, a son to William and Minnie (Klinger) Hahn. He attended school in Ripon. On July 22, 1972, he married Dora Cluppert. Clarence had lived in Ripon all his life. He farmed, painted houses, and retired from working at Ripon College.
He is survived by 1 son, Kenneth (Kim) Hahn of IL; 1 daughter, Linda (David) Jones of CA; step-son-in-law, Jay Rouse of FL; step-son, Eugene Cluppert of Fairwater; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; and step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; 1 brother; 2 sisters; wife Dora on June 12, 2001; and step-daughter Deloris.
Funeral service for Clarence Hahn will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2004, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Rev. Dennis Nelson officiating, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society.
