Clarence J. Henslin, age 79, of Ripon, died Friday, November 8, 1996, at Ripon Medical Center.
Clarence was born April 3, 1917, in Manchester, a son to the late John and Hulda Henslin. He was educated in the Fairwater area, and worked at the Fairwater Canning Factory and as well as being a farm hand. He lived in the Fairwater area most of his life, but for several years had lived in the Township of Nepeuskun. He was a friend of the Borth United Methodist Church of rural Berlin.
He is survived by 2 goddaughters, Kathy Eastberg of Ripon and
Lisa Schwartz of Pickett; and special friends Arlene (James)
Klawitter, Tammy Hertzberg, Brenda Achterberg, Tom Klawitter
and Jerry Klawitter.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Edwin, and one sister Betty.
Funeral Service and Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 1996 at 1:30 P.M. at the ButzinMarchant Funeral Home, with Pastor Nancy C. Green officiating. Interment will be in Chauncey Phelps Cemetery, Town of Green Lake. Visitation will be 12:00 Noon until the time of service at the funeral home.
