Clifford Louis Klatt, age 80, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2003 at Ripon Medical Center.
Clifford was born January 1, 1923 in the Town of Green Lake, a son of Louis and Clara (Wolff) Klatt. He was educated in Fairwater and married Lorraine Bazeley on September 11, 1948 in Ripon. He was employed as a molder at AFK Ripon Foundry. Clifford was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ, Ripon where he was an usher for over 25 years. He enjoyed putting puzzles together, gardening, yard work and playing cards.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine of Ripon. One son; DuWayne (Sheryl) Klatt of Holland, MA. Three grandchildren; Jonathan, Jennifer and Clifford Klatt. One brother; Gilbert (Gerry) Klatt. Two sisters; Lois Baker and Vivian Johnson and one brother-in-law; Donald (Alice) Bazeley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2003, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Services will be Wednesday, March 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ, Ripon with Rev. Mark R. West officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date. A memorial has been established.
