Concetta (Constance) M. Uitz, age 84, of Green Lake Manor, Green Lake, passed away Saturday, May 1, 2004, at Ripon Medical Center.
She was born January 1, 1920, in New York, NY, a daughter to Joseph and Marianna (Cirringione) Palazzolo. She graduated from high school in New York. On July 4, 1948, she married Nicholas Uitz in New York and made their home in Chicago. They moved from Chicago to Green Lake in 1992. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Nicholas of Green Lake; 1 son, John (Shirley) Uitz of TN; 1 daughter, Margaret (Bob) Bostelmann of Green Lake; grandchildren, Stephan Uitz of AR, Nancy Uitz of AR, Bob Bostelmann, Jr of Ripon, Nichole (Shane) Weir of Neshkoro, and Lynne (Brian) Dudzinski of IL,; great-grandson, Nathan Dudzinski of IL; sister, Lillian Wadell of NY; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by parents; sisters, Mary, Josephine, Divina, and Rose; and brother, Andrew.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on May 5, 2004, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, Green Lake with Father Philip Krogman officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. Memorials in her name to a charity of one’s choice.
