Daniel was born September 15, 1986, in Ripon, WI, the son of David and Sandy (Seman) Moderow.
Survivors include his parents, David and Sandy Moderow of Ripon; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Moderow of Ripon; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Seman of Princeton; paternal great-grandmother, Ruby Moderow of Ripon; paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. DeWilton Ladwig of Green Lake; maternal great-great-grandmother, Pauline Moderow of Ripon.
Graveside Service for Daniel will be held on Friday, September 19, 1986, at 5:00 pm at Loper Cemetery in the Town of Ripon with Reverend John A. Schmitz officiating.
