David Denison Bitters, age 38, of 334 E. Water Street, Ripon, died on November 26, 1997, at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah, WI.
He was born August 20, 1959, in Oshkosh, WI to Eugene A. and Constance W. Bitters. David graduated from Ripon High School in 1978, attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison for three years, and earned an Associate degree in Marketing at MPTI-Fond du Lac. At the time of his death he was self-employed. He elected to be an organ donor.
Survivors include his mother; three sisters, Barbara Bitters, Madison, Deborah Bitters, Phoenix, AZ and Constance (Cubby) Retzlaff (Duane) of Ripon; several aunts, uncles and cousins. His father preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 2, 1997, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Ripon.
Visitation will be Monday, December 1, 1997, from 5 until 7 PM at the funeral home. A Memorial has been established in his name.
