Dean David Teela, 64, of Skyline Circle, Ripon, died Monday, July 9, 1990, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
He was born December 8, 1925, in Ripon, a son of David E. and Rosabelle Bilderback Teela. He never married.
Mr. Teela graduated from Ripn High School. After having been employed at the Ripon Knitting Works he worked in the shipping/receiving department at Mercury Marine, Fond du Lac for over 25 years. He had resided in Ripon all his life and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon. He was a member of the Oshkosh Pigeon Racing Club.
Survivors include his mother of Ripon; 4 brothers, Robert (Ellen) and Jack, both of Ripon; William (Kathleen) of Tuscon, AZ and Gerald (Betty) of Springville, UT; 4 sisters, June (Lyle) Messner of Oakfield, Betty (Ellis) LaVine of N. Fond du Lac, Beverly of Ripon and Shirley Werdin of Coolidge, AZ; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. His father and 1 niece preceded him in death.
Friends may call Wednesday from 7 until 9 P.M. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral services for Mr. Teela will be held Thursday at 1:30 P.M. at the funeral home with the Reverend Robert B. LeCount officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Ripon.
