Debbie Marie McNeill, 32, formerly of Ripon, died September 4, 1995, at her home in Eagle River, Alaska.
She was born October 10, 1962, in Ripon, the daughter of Marvin and Shirley Haase Vollbrecht. After graduating from Ripon High School, Debbie attended college in both LaCrosse and Oshkosh. On August 23, 1986, she married David McNeill and has lived in Alaska the past 6 years where she was a Day Care Supervisor. Debbie was a former member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and currently attended the First Baptist Church of Eagle River.
She is survived by her husband, Sgt. David McNeill and their children, Matthew and Kelli. Further survivors include her parents, Marvin & Shirley Vollbrecht of Ripon; 1 sister, Dale (Richard) Suggs of Florence, S. Carolina; 3 brothers, Gary (Karen) Vollbrecht and Alan (Kathy) Vollbrecht, both of California and Bruce (Julie) Vollbrecht of Milwaukee along with nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, September 12, 1995, at 6:30 P.M. at Grace Lutheran Church, Ripon with Pastor Richard Collier officiating. Private family committal services will be held at the Brandon Cemetery in Brandon.
